Your dashboard shows usage in real time and we email you before you run out. When your included minutes are used up, calls pause until the next billing period or you can upgrade to a bigger plan in one click.
Yes, upgrades apply immediately and downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. Your agent and settings carry over unchanged.
The voice is natural and most callers simply get on with their enquiry. You control the greeting, so you can have the AI introduce itself however you prefer.
